Yeah, why not? He has developed into a very nice offensive force in the post and mid-range. He has developed into an excellent team leader and has become the focal point of the offense challenging D'Antoni to develop defensive and offensive strategies that fit the personnel and can win games.

Who's talking about trading Lee now?

D'man: Lee may still be trade bait.....
He deserves an All Star spot politics permitting, at the center spot because that's where he's getting it done.Nice last minute D on final stop. But notice he got help. That's the key to good D, help when you need it.That was not a good sixer team, but a win is a win and Lee had a nice game. But notice they got beat defensively by Houston and Okie. The better Lee shows the more prominent he becomes in a LeBronx trade. When Karee, Shaq, etc. wanted to go they gave their clubs ultimatums, trade me or get nothing.Lee could be part of a to-C-Leaveland package. The better he is the more tradeable he is.It's LeBros call if a deal is made because Lee will now easily demand, and get the 10-12 mil he's asking for.And a white guy who plays hard is a nice piece for attendance if you have a competative team already.Don't misunderstand me.Lee is showing me something, but the dollars may dictate a trade.Personally I would like to see him stay, if his defense at the four improves. We can only go but so far with him in the middle.Rumors about Houston wanting Big Hill are scary.I think the Knicks got it right drafting him.He will get nothing but better and could be a cornerstone in a year or two.He is just a guy who needs time and minutes. Why would Houston want him so much?Patience is not a virtue in NY.Our rooks including Gallo should not be mortgaged unless the deal is a monster for one of the Big Three.Watching the coaching of our opponents, I'd rather trade a coach than a player.LGK.Free Plax.Play D-Dave.

I dvr the game, and watched it again, but this time i just focused on DLEE playing Defense.i tell ya,he doesnt even try.guys blow by him at will .he just doesnt know how to step in front of someone driving to the basket. If he even gave a small effort at dee,he would prolly be an all-star.but i say "THUMBS DOWN

who plays D in the all star game anyway? cant say D Lee would be the first guy on the all star team w lack luster defensive intensity. If the knicks can improve to 500, he should definately be there as he has been the leader on this team. hes taken great strides as a player this season and the team has moved from laughing stock to playoff contender.

Agreed big shon.

Auggie, I'm going to look at that game again too just to check out why Gallo seems so inconsistent on both ends of the floor.
